After many a set back, my garden is tilled!
Thanks to a very helpful family, I’ll be able to get my spring veggies planted in time. I need to pick up some collard green seeds though. I wasn’t planning on growing any because I thought I didn’t like them. However, I discovered that if I saute them I absolutely love them.
Mmmm… Sauteed collard greens. I’m making that for lunch tomorrow.
